TO: John Doe, if living, or if deceased his unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, personal representatives, guardians, mortgages, trustees, and legal representatives, and all other persons, corporations, or successors claiming by, through, or under him: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above referenced cause of action was filed against you to quiet title in the follow described real property:
A tract of land situated in and being a part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, T 41 N, R 15 W, also being part of Downing’s
Division of the Town of Aurora Springs, Miller County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE Corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 9; thence following the South Line thereof, S 89° 40' 13” W, a distance of 131.79 feet to the Northeasterly Right of Way of Grand Avenue, said Right of Way having a width of 66 feet; thence leaving said South Line and following said Right of Way N 47° 37' 03” W, a distance of 800.79 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence leaving said Grand Avenue Right of Way N 04° 33' 58” E, a distance of 551.78 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence S 85° 02' 42” E, a distance of 33.21 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 85° 02' 42” E, a distance of 82.25 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence N 00° 50' 00” W, a distance of 71.06 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence N 04° 40' 36” E, a distance of 149.87 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence N 85° 20' 38” W, a distance of 75.82 feet to a Set 1/2 inch rebar; thence S 04° 34' 24” W, a distance of 220.16 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.39 Acres.
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record.
