In the property described in this notice either as spouses, heirs, successors, grantees of the person named in this petition or for any other reason.

You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the Associate Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, praying to foreclose a real estate mortgage cancel installment contract on the following described real estate:

A TRACT OF LAND BEING PART OF THE EAST HALF OF LOT 1 OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 5 AND PART OF THE WEST HALF OF LOT 1 OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST OF THE 5TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: STARTING AT THE NORWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF LOT 1 OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH RANGE 1 12 WEST, 5TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN MILLER COUNTY, MISSOURI; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES EAST, 885.29 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID EAST HALF OF LOT 1 OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER TO A REROD; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 39 SECONDS WEST, 250.0 FEET TO A REROD, THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 39 SECONDS WEST 240.0 FEET TO A REROD; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES EAST, 436.52 FEET TO A REROD SET ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF HIGHWAY 52; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE NORTH 5 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 14 SECONDS WEST, 150.77 FEET; THENCE ON A CURVE TO THE RIGHT WITH A RADIUS OF 750.56 FEET A DISTANCE OF 90.04 FEET TO A REROD; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE NORTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES WEST, 415.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, commonly known as 656 S Walnut St, Saint Elizabeth, MO 65075 (the “Property”)

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 18th day of April, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
