TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF LOTTE M. JACOBY, DECEASED:
On the 22nd day of April, 2024, the Last Will and Testament of Lotte Jacoby having been admitted to probate and, DEBORAH A. ZEMAN, having been appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lotte M. Jacoby, Deceased, by the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri. The business address of the Personal Representative is: Deborah A. Zeman, P.O. Box 622, Linn Creek, Missouri 65052; the name and address of the Attorney for the Estate is: Joseph M. Saab, 13 Camden Court SW, P.O. Box 1108, Camdenton, Missouri 65020; 573-346-7231.
All creditors of said decedent are notified to file claims in court within six months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred to the fullest extent permissible by law. This six-month period does not extend the limitation period that would bar claims one year after the decedent’s death, as provided in Section 473.444, RSMo, or any other applicable limitation periods.
Receipt of this notice by mail should not be construed by the recipient to indicate that he necessarily has a beneficial interest in the estate. The nature and extent of any person’s interest, if any, can be determined from the files and records of this estate in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri.
